Customer Review: Best pan I have EVER used!!
My mom bought this for me last Christmas, and oh my gosh, I use this pan for EVERYTHING. Soups, pasta, anything and everything. It’s so easy to clean nothing sticks to it, and you can make a lot of food in it. It’s great for tossing fettucine alfredo and other pasta/sauce combinations. You can even put it in the oven, I’ve seen her do it on 30 Minute Meals, seriously worth the money. I’m seriously asking for another one of these from my family. I definately recommend this pan.
Customer Review: Great for Folks With Disabilities
I have Lupus, and suffer from the growing loss of mobility in all of my limbs. I love to cook, but have struggled to continue using my expensive cookware because it is now too heavy for me to safely manage. I have agonized over this development and had feared that I would be forced to replace my cookware with really thin (light and cheap) aluminum pots and pans. If so, I knew I would be giving up a lot of cooking flexibility and the quality I had learned to rely on and love. At least, I thought that until Rachael Ray put out her imaginative cooking line! Not only does this five-quart oval saute cook like a dream, it weighs about half of what my other cookware does, has that great helper handle to lift it and serve the contents, and cleans easier than ANY pan that I own at any price. As a result, I can continue to do what I love — cooking — despite my illness! When you’re disabled, you have to give up a lot of things that had been meaningful in your life, not to mention independence. I applaud ANY product that is disabled-compatible. In reading the reviews for this great pan, I hadn’t noticed anyone raving about its weight. For folks like me, that’s a really huge deal. Thanks, Rach!

Thats not saying that I have owned much of anything else, but I use this pan every night. It is spacious and is the easiest thing to clean after even burning something in it…Ha ha! I have owned it for about 2 months and I am telling you I really have used it every night and sometimes for breakfast in the morning as well. It still looks new….it isn’t stained or anything. I wash it as soon as I am done with it and like I said it cleans up so easy and nice. I wouldn’t put this in the dishwasher because I had some other non stick pans and my husband put them in the dishwasher and ruined them.
Customer Review: Hate to admit it…but I love this Pan!
I actually bought this pan on extreme impulse…to make a flank steak philly cheesesteak something-or-other that I caught on the Rachel Ray show (demonstrated on this very pan,of course). The size is unique and very useful for long cuts of meat or to set things off to the side like a real grill. It is truly non-stick and cleans up very easily. It’s heavy gauge, even-cooking, and decently priced. I find Rachel a little annoying to listen to generally…but I’m glad I listened to her this time!

Customer Review: Great pan, needs yearly replacement
I love the way this pizza pan works, and recommend it as long as you’re willing to replace it every year or so. The nonstick surface works for a while, and then crud starts building up that’s impossible to remove. Eventually it gets too gross to keep using. It comes with a silly “lifetime warranty” that requires you to ship it to New Jersey at your expense plus send $7.00 for return shipping, so buying a new one from Amazon ends up being less expensive. I wish it were just solid, uncoated aluminum so I could scrub the dickens out of it when it gets encrusted with melted sauce and cheese. But I do like the big holes that expose the crust and help make it … well, crusty.

Features and Benefits
All-Clad pans with a stainless interior cooking surface are oven-safe up to 500 degrees. Warranty
From date of purchase, All-Clad guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.

Cleaning Instructions
For daily cleaning, warm soapy water is sufficient. Clean your All-Clad thoroughly after each use. Food films left of the pan may cause discoloration and sticking. To get rid of stuck-on food or discoloration and stains from using too high of a heat, we recommend cleaning your All-Clad with a product called Bar Keeper’s Friend. To use the Bar Keeper’s Friend, simply use a soft cloth or sponge and water and make into a soupy paste. This can be used on the interior, as well as the exterior of your All-Clad (excluding the Cop-R-Chef). The Bar Keeper’s Friend can also be used on the exterior of the All-Clad Stainless collection, LTD collection, and MC2 collection. For cleaning of the Cop-R-Chef exterior, simply use a brass/copper cleaner. If your water has a high iron content, you may notice a rusty discoloration. Use Bar Keeper’s Friend to remove it.

Customer Review: WARPED - A Couple of My All-Clad Pieces Warped
I’ve had this pan for years and I use it maybe a couple of times a month. I probably have 12 pieces of all-clad and I don’t cook everyday. Many of my pans, including this one, are beginning to WARP. After having researched this on the web (lots of people have this problem) and learning that even if I had registered them (warranty) they are too old. I was informed by the company that warping is a sign of misuse - hmmm, I used mine to cook with. So I now get to throw them away and replace them. I remember thinking when I first began to buy/collect them that they were a lifetime purchase/investment. Well now 10 years later I’m throwing them away. I think they should have lasted longer for the price … I haven’t decided whether to replace them with a more disposable brand (cheaper to throw away) or a higher end brand (last longer?). Either way I think you should know before you buy them that they may warp without explanation.

Customer Review: Works well, though not deep
The light color really helps keep the bottoms from burning and it is quite heavy (in a good way) and sturdy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the wells are not very deep, so it only works for standard size muffins, no option for large size as many other pans have.

I love cornbreads. This pan really worked magic with my Boston Market corn bread mix. Comes out perfectly even, no oil needed, each muffin pops out with such ease. Super heavy duty too, nice hefty weight. Especially it’s on the 4 for 3 special, such a great deal.

Customer Review: A Misleading Description
I was excited when I saw this particular pot rack becuase I needed something to match the rest of the pewter and brushed nickel finishes in my kitchen. The description clearly says “antique pewter finish” and it claimed to have “8 movable hooks.” When it arrived, though, the box said “faux pewter finish” because it was simply a steel unit spray painted gray. The image shown of the item isn’t very accurate because it gives the impression that the hooks can be placed anywhere on the supporting grid that makes up the bookshelf (it also shows 10 hooks, not 8). Actually, the hooks can only be placed around the edges of the rack because the steel grid pieces are too wide for the top of each hook to go around them and still hang vertically. Because all of the hooks hang along the edge and all of my Calphalon cookware hangs facing out by design, the effect is a “wall” of pots and pans hanging parallel to the wall and out into the room like ornaments on a tree. I suppose I could have used some welding gear to heat the small end of the hooks up to a point where I could have made them wide enough to hang anywhere on the rack, but c’mon. Also, if you’ve got any hope of this moutning flush and cleanly to a wall without shims, stop now before you feel the urge to pound a hammer into something delicate. Keep looking, folks.

i just got this i am not giving it 5 star because it took almost a month to get home. and it had a huge scratch on the side allthough it was in the box perfectly wraped. it said instructions enclosed and it didnt had any, as well the hooks were wayyyyy too big. i thinkk this was used and returned.. it sucks.

The rack is sturdy and functional and looks nice. I couldn’t be happier with it. The included hooks, however, are very poorly designed. They don’t fit the rack well, and often come off when removing a pan. They are also too wide to be used with most of my pans - I had to trim them down with tin snips.

I accidentally broke my mother’s solid metal Hamilton Beach mixer. I wanted to buy one like it , but everything is plastic! The Dualit has a good reputation and a chrome color but it still is plastic and doesn’t feel as heavy duty.

This baker’s rack is slim but elegant. Once you get past the hieroglyphics for directions, it is relatively easy to put together and all tools are included. It did not take long to assemble and it adds diverse color to any room. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product!
Customer Review: Pretty Nice Rack!
Overall, I was very pleased with this product. The finished piece is very attractive, fits well into my decor, is functional and of good quality. My major complaint is that the one page instructions are almost useless. The tiny blurry pictures were almost impossible to see and I spent a lot of time screwing parts in upside down or backwards and then having to disassemble and try again. It’s also somewhat top-heavy and slightly unstable, but bracketing it to the wall helps with this somewhat. However, even with the overly long assembly time and the slight wobbliness, I am very happy with this product.

Customer Review: A great pan a great price!
So far, I’ve only used the pan to make a batch of clam chowder. I evaluated a few big brand (you know the one) pans in a local store prior o purchasing and found the handles to be very uncomfortable. Even though a pot holder or kitchen towel will be used when the pan is hot (thus padding the grip), I considered the comfort while handling the pan to be important. The Calphalon pan was far more comfortable. This Calphalon Tri-Ply 3-Quart Chefs Pan is well balanced and performed above expectations. The pan heated well. The bacon pieces cooked up evenly across all surface area; onions softened just as well. The size was perfect for the chowder and left plenty of room to stir. Clean up was super easy. I haven’t picked up any Bar Keepers Friend yet, but will soon to keep it as clean and shiny as possible. I’d say go ahead and pick one of these up. If you like cooking with stainless steel, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I purchased this pan because of the great reviews I read on this site. The pan has certainly lived up to its reputation. I cook almost everything in it. It’s a perfect size for a meal for 2 or for a big pot of veggies for a group. I even made a batch of fudge in it. Every time it has cleaned easily with a brush and dish soap.

I have been making scones for years, but they frequently come out irregularly shaped. This pan makes it so easy to shape them and have a consistent size. Although I was originally intending to buy a regular sized pan, I love the mini sized scones.

Lodge Pro-Logic Cast-Iron Aebleskiver Pan
Aeble what? Aebleskiver Or, if you’re linguistically challenged, the Danish Cake Pan. This specialty bakeware item is used for making Danish Pancake Balls. Delicious little pastries usually filled with apples or other fruit. Anyway, it’s a Danish thing.
Customer Review: Great pan, even for a novice
I’m a big foodie, yet I’ve never had an aebleskiver before. But they looked like a fun, tasty item to make, so when my wife asked if I wanted anything to help her get free shipping, I had her add one of these pans on while it was on sale. It arrived with basically no instructions, so I went off to the internet for recipes, all of which required ingredients I didn’t have. So I noticed that someone had used a Krusteaz pancake mix with a little sugar added…so I decided to wing it. I rinsed the pan with hot water and scrubbed it a bit (the pan is pre-seasoned with a pretty good coating already), put it on an electric burner to preheat for a bit (it looks like it would work better on a gas stove, but with some preheating time, electric works just fine), added about a teaspoon of oil to each divet, and added some Krusteaz mixture. The first three were pretty much a disaster leaving little chunks behind in the pan. For some reason (more preheating? a little more oil?) the next batch came out better, and the final batch of 3 or 4 came out in perfectly shaped little balls. And EXTREMELY tasty. The pan cleaned up easily, and I’ve made at least one batch every day since (however I’m almost out of mix now!).
Customer Review: Pricey
There are other aebleskiver pans on the market that can probably do just a capable job as this more pricey pan with limited use. One pays extra for the Pro-Logic finish which wears off in time anyway. It would have been a nicer touch if Lodge included a few recipes to help us to start off with. IMHO I would recommend buying one of the less expensive pans unless you plan on making pancake balls quite often.
