We used this pan for grilled panini sandwiches! It is perfect! We also purchased a grill press. Used together, who needs to go out to get such a delicious sandwich? Great pan!

Customer Review: lots of fun
This pan was lots of fun. We made gingerbread castles for Christmas, which was a nice change from gingerbread houses made with cookies. They made great gifts. The Cakelette pan could have come with more instructions. Since the castle molds are so detailed, you have to be careful to get the batter down into all the holes. The boxed gingerbread mix seemed to work better at producing more perfect castles with finer grain, but didn’t taste as good as gingerbread from scratch.

It turned out beautifully, evenly baked, no sticking problems (I painted the insides with Wilton Cake Release before pouring in the batter). Very quick way to make great looking cakes, ideal for making castles on suitably shaped base (oval or rectangular).

Customer Review: Made in China
I bought 1 of these pans, and while it is very high quality, I would rather spend just a little bit more and get the same pan made in the USA. These same Chicago Metallic pans are also sold at Williams-Sonoma, but the ones there are made in the USA rather than China. I have already purchased it and will be returning the one that I bought at Amazon.
Customer Review: Non-non-stick baking pan
There are times when you need a baking sheet that you don’t have to worry about marring the non-stick coating while cutting (e.g pizza). This is an excellent heavy-duty sheet.
Chicago Metallic Professional Non-Stick 9-Inch Round Cake Pan 
Once covered with flat rims to protect from being flavored during wood-fired baking, these pans have changed very little since the renaissance. A round bake pan will uniformly cook the batter preventing a too thick crust. Straight sides promote uniform rising. Available in many sizes so the baker can devise any creation he/she has in mind.

This pan is great. I was able to turn the cakes out with no sticking. They browned evenly. Heavy pans, not flimsy.
Customer Review: Great pans for the money
I ordered these pans basd on recommendations of other reviewers from Amazon. I would agree with one reviewer who said “almost crubless texture”. They do indeed conduct the heat very well. I have used these pans twice already and the pans are somewhat nonstick - I had some slight issue with sticking. In terms of decreasing baking temp, it all depends on where you live and how accurate your oven temp is. My oven temp is off a bit so is drop the temp 10 degrees. My only complaint is I would like to see a version of pan that is 3 inches deep! Will certainly by other products from Chicago Metalic!!
