I didn’t realize at first that you don’t set the time window with any clock inside the machine yourself. It does this itself when you set it for the first time. So make sure to set it at the most convenient time as possible for you. If you set it to start on the first day at 9am, you have from 6am to 12pm to test. It asks for your first sample on day 6 so make sure and buy the test sticks too. Its that simple. Anytime before that window or after it, and the machine will not ask for a sample.

My ovulation is irregular and comes late so I start my first day about five days after the last day of my period. It will all work out the same.

This is a wonderful fry pan. The pan is a bit heavy, but the easy clean up makes up for the weight and the quality of the pan is great. I am very pleased with this product and will go with the Calphalon brand for any other new cookware I will need.

I got two of these pans. I use them to sautee leafy green vegetables, so the lid comes in very handy. Of course, they work great on other food as well. I don’t miss the extra handle on the non-promo pan. It helps to have a powerful burner - the pan is large and it may take some time for it to heat up. Bottom line: unbeatable combination of quality, utility, and price. BBB has them at the same price; with 20% off coupon the deal is very sweet.

Another nice product from Calphalon. Highly recommended for a great general purpose fry pan. I use it for just about anything and everything.
Customer Review: Right pan, but a couple things wrong
12-inch non-stick Cal Comm pan would have done the trick but it arrived (promptly) with a couple defects: 1) An all-too-noticeable machine line at transition to radius (spatula would catch on it), and 2) Three or four raised/marred areas on bottom that made for poor contact on our ceramic top stove. Handle does seem a little more on style and less on ergonomics. Returned it (Cooking.com - great service people, no problem), but contrary to what was said when we had sent it in, there were no more to exchange. Did get it at significant sale and probably should have kept it, warts and all. Two other C-C pans doing well.
