I bought this pan so I can make my son’s birthday cake for his 1st birtday party. It worked out great! When you make it, it seems smaller, but it can actually feed plenty of people. I also liked that you can make it into any animal you’d like so your kids won’t get tired of the same teddy bear cake.

To cook cookies, this is known as jelly roll sheet,and it confused me as being known as a jelly roll baking pan.This is the correct pan to bake your cookies and not burn,or distroy the tast of what your baking.They all come out perfect with the correct baking time,this is the only pan i will use in this matter,cooked my son”s army platoon a whole batch and sent them over seas,they loved them,so thaks again for the correct cooking pan for my cookies…”!!!

Customer Review: HOT PAN! Brownies may seem underbaked but are done!
This Bakers Edge brownie (or bars) pan is a heavy duty nonstick wonder, but it needs far LESS time to bake than other pans! Using the “metal pan” directions on the box, bake 1/3 less time - they’e probably done! This pan overbakes easily. For instance the Ghirardelli brownie box says 45 min (at 325) for metal pans, and 30 minutes was plenty! Remember: “fresh baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness.” Wash this pan by hand - is not dishwasher safe - and use no metal utensils, then it’ll stay good as new. PS: best brownie cookbook Amazon carries is “Brownie Points: ” by Lisa Slater. Combined, pan & book make a great gift!
Customer Review: GREAT EDGES~DIFFICULT TO FILL
This pan produced excellent edge pieces as expected. The narrow channels are difficult to fill with batter without some of the batter ending up where you don’t want it. Cooking time is difficult to predict because it might not be the same time you use for your old pan. For example: Directions on boxes of brownies do not have cooking time for this pan. You will definitely have to use the toothpick test. I recommend taking notes of your baking times the first time you make each of your recipes. I found that brownies took 2-4 minutes longer in this pan than they would in a normal pan with the same dimensions. This pan is well made and easy to clean. Overall I do recommend this pan for edge lovers. The negatives do not out weigh the positives. I think I will make some Brownies right now!

We are very satisfied with our new rack, what a bargain, the quality is very good, this is a welded rack not a bolt together, the finish look is very old world look the design is beautiful. My wife hung all her pots and pans, and placed some grape ivy around the ends, wow what a kitchen makeover, unbelievable price, some of the racks we looked at on line were in the hundreds of dollars, im very pleased. Thanks!
Customer Review: Nicer Than I Even Expected
This rack is truly a bargain. Most pot racks I was looking at cost about $100-$200, so I wasn’t expecting the greatest of quality with this one. However, I was quite surprised at how study and well made this one was. It’s also fairly light, so you can install it by yourself and you won’t have to worry about the bolts getting ripped out of the ceiling joints. The only ‘complaint’ I would have is that it does not come with ceiling bolts or any type of mounting instructions. Neither is a big deal since you can Google tips and tricks on mounting (which I would recommend since some sites pointed out things I wouldn’t have thought about) and you can buy the bolts at the hardware store. It would have been nice to know that the bolts weren’t included just so I could have picked them up before the package arrived. All in all, it’s a perfect size for my kitchen and looks great. I would definitely recommend this pot rack to anyone who is looking for something nice without spending a ridiculous amount of money.
